Meet Jonathan
With over two decades in mortgage banking and brokering, I've seen firsthand how commercial lending can transform lives. I started my career in 2003, working my way up through the ranks of traditional mortgage banking before discovering the incredible opportunities in commercial lending.
What struck me most was how few people knew about this industry. Here was a career that required no licensing, no certifications, offered unlimited income potential, and was virtually recession-proof – yet most people had never heard of it.
I began mentoring aspiring brokers informally, sharing the knowledge and relationships I'd built over the years. The results were remarkable. People from all backgrounds – sales professionals, teachers, healthcare workers, recent graduates – were building successful businesses and achieving financial freedom.
That's when I knew I had to formalize this training. Cinch Business Academy was born from a simple mission: to give everyday people everything they need to succeed in commercial lending, just as I had.

She is the architect of our broker efficiency and scalability systems — focusing on making your business operations smooth and profitable. That means building the systems that help you scale your income without scaling your workload.
Daphyne is also a dedicated mentor, guiding new brokers from their very first deal all the way to building a successful empire. Together, Jonathan and Daphyne embody the real-world experience that defines Cinch Business Academy.
